ISLAMABAD: In a major initiative to encourage higher education, the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan, in accordance with the Government of Pakistan’s directives, has introduced fully funded scholarships for brilliant and economically meritorious students throughout the country.
The program will help financially challenged students who cannot further their education. HEC says that all the costs of education will be met by the government, and no talented student will be left out because of a lack of resources.
The scholarships are available only for the enrolled students who are studying for undergraduate degree courses in HEC-approved institutions. The chosen students shall have their entire financial needs covered, that is, their tuition charges, book expenses, and other study needs.

HEC said that the eligible candidates should apply online, and they will be selected strictly on merit based on a stringent review process so that only the best deserving and talented students should be provided with the program.
