BALOCHISTAN: The Government of Balochistan has reiterated that families of individuals who join terrorist organisations such as the Balochistan Liberation Army (BLA), Baloch Liberation Front (BLF), and their factions, and fail to report or formally dissociate themselves from such elements, will face strict legal and administrative restrictions.
The restrictions include the blocking of passports, freezing of bank accounts, suspension of mobile SIMs, prohibition on buying or selling property, termination of contracts with government organisations, and cancellation of government employment and tenders.
Following the recent BLA attack on January 31, the identities of 140 terrorists have been confirmed. The federal and provincial authorities have now begun implementing the announced policy, which has been repeatedly communicated in the past.

Officials clarified that families who voluntarily reported the involvement of their relatives and formally dissociated themselves from terrorist elements will not face any restrictions.
Authorities said the move aims to uphold national security, the rule of law, and public safety, sending a clear message that any support, tacit or otherwise, for terrorist activities will not be tolerated.
