Pakistan cricket team’s star batsman Babar Azam equalled Shahid Afridi’s record in the first match of the T20 series against South Africa without scoring 8th times on zero out.

Against South Africa, Babar Azam was dismissed without scoring a run in just 2 balls, and was returned to the pavilion for zero by Corbin Bosh. With this innings, Babar Azam equaled Shahid Afridi’s unwanted record of being dismissed for zero for the eighth time in T20 Internationals.

Babar Azam came in third place with Shahid Afridi in the list of Pakistani players who have been dismissed for zero the most times in T20 Internationals. In this list, Umar Akmal is in first place with 10 zeros, while Saim Ayub is in second place with 9 zeros.

Shahid Afridi is fourth in this list, Kamran Akmal is fifth with 7 zeros, and Mohammad Hafeez is also sixth with 7 zeros. It should be noted that yesterday, South Africa defeated Pakistan by 55 runs in the first T20 match to take a 1-0 lead in the series.
