LAHORE: Punjab Information Minister Azma Bukhari expressed her sorrow regarding the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa ministers’ use of language, saying that Punjab let it go with patience.

Bukhari at a press conference in Lahore, praised Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz for being a powerhouse in making life better for Punjab’s disadvantaged citizens, no matter the unwarranted tirade from the naysayers.

“The behavior and language of some KP provincial ministers during the Punjab Assembly session was regrettable,” Bukhari lamented. She was adamant that the KP ministers pick a more appropriate way of expressing themselves, since this really shows their background and the way they have been molded.

The Information Minister ushered in the provincial government’s achievements with CM Maryam Nawaz at the forefront, like the transformation of education, health, security, and public welfare areas. She mentioned that the Safe and Clean Punjab initiative has not only made the province cleaner but also tidier while under the Apna Ghar Apni Chhat program 50,000 houses have been constructed and an additional 75,000 are planned. Furthermore, farmers have been given PKR 250 billion through the Kisan Card, and students have been awarded electric bicycles.

Bukhari went on to stress that the security of Punjab has been enhanced via the installation of drones and digital systems, and these facilities will be having a long-term positive effect on the people of the province.
