ISLAMABAD: The anti-terrorism court(ATC) has indicted 10 people, including Aleema Khan, in the November 26 protest case. The indictment was filed in a case registered at the Sadiqabad police station.

The hearing was conducted by Judge Amjad Ali Shah of the Special Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC). The court has summoned five prosecution witnesses for the next hearing, including Sub-Inspector Zaheer, Sub-Inspector Iqbal, ASI Kazim Raza, Tariq Mehmood, and Constable Babar.

The witnesses will record their testimonies in the court at the next hearing. The court has adjourned the further hearing of the case till October 17.

It is worth mentioning here that this case was registered on charges of alleged rioting, road closures, and damage to public property during the protests on November 26, in which Aleema Khan, from the PTI, is also nominated as a co-accused.
