SAWABI: Police personnel martyred and another injured when two motorcyclists attacked a police check post in the Kalabat area of Swabi district with a grenade.
According to the police, the scene of the attack has been cordoned off, and a heavy contingent, including the bomb disposal squad, reached the spot. The assailants managed to escape after the incident. The police have launched a search operation to find the accused persons.
The injured person was shifted to the District Headquarters Hospital in Swabi, where he was provided emergency medical treatment.
