ISLAMABAD: The federal government has announced an increase in the price of petrol and a reduction in the price of diesel, according to a notification issued by the Petroleum Division.
Under the notification, the price of petrol has been increased by Rs1.19 per litre, taking the new price to Rs395.85 per litre.
Meanwhile, the price of diesel has been reduced by Rs1.91 per litre. The new price of diesel has been set at Rs397.76 per litre.
According to the Petroleum Division, the revised prices will be applicable from October 7, 2026.
