MARDAN: The University of Engineering and Technology (UET) Mardan is set to host the second International Conference on the Evolution of Artificial Intelligence (ICEAI 2026) on October 13 and 14.
The two-day conference will bring together researchers, academics, industry professionals, practitioners and policymakers to discuss the latest developments and future directions in artificial intelligence. According to the conference website, ICEAI 2026 will feature keynote speeches, technical sessions and networking opportunities focused on AI research and innovation.
The conference will cover 11 technical areas, including machine learning, generative AI, cybersecurity, robotics, data science, computer vision and AI applications in industry and society. The conference will also focus on areas such as sustainable AI, AI governance, smart cities, healthcare, education, agriculture and digital transformation.
The event has academic collaboration with Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan, while accepted papers presented at the conference will be published online in The Sciencetech Journal, an HEC Category Y journal, according to the organisers.
A number of experts from Pakistan and abroad are scheduled to participate as keynote speakers, including researchers and academics from universities in the UK, Scotland, South Korea, Canada and other countries.
