BANNU: A person was martyred and two others were injured when a quadcopter attack targeted them in the Jani Khail area of district Bannu on Tuesday.
Local sources said that the incident occurred in the Jani Khail area of Bannu, when people were busy with their routine activities. As a result of a quadcopter attack, an innocent person was martyred, and two people were injured. Soon after the incident large number of people rushed to the site and shifted the injured persons District Headquarter Hospital in Bannu.
They were identified as Saddam, and the injured were identified as Noor Wali and Momin. It is not a single incident of a quadcopter attack in Bannu, as earlier their several innocent people targeted in a quadcopter detonation by unknown persons. The people have expressed deep concern over the incident and demanded that the Deputy Commissioner hold the responsible persons to justice.
