PESHAWAR: The Department of Elementary and Secondary Education Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has issued instructions to provide full cooperation and facilitation to all concerned District Education Officers for third-party verification of educational projects being carried out in different districts of the province with the support of UNIF.
According to a letter issued by the Directorate of Elementary and Secondary Education, during the verification, activities related to Parent Teacher Councils and School Development Plans, Accelerator and Learning Program and early childhood education will be reviewed.
The letter has directed the District Education Officers to provide all possible cooperation to the verification teams during their visits to the schools. The teams will observe classrooms, interview head teachers, teachers, parents, PTC members, education department officials and other relevant persons.
The letter has been sent to the District Education Officers of Bajaur, Bannu, Bilgram, Buner, Dera Ismail Khan, Upper Dir, Hangu, Karak, Khyber, Kolai Palace, Kurram, Lakki Marwat, Lower Kohistan, Mohmand, North Waziristan, Orakzai, Shangla, Lower South Waziristan, Swabi, Swat, Tank, Torghar and Upper Kohistan.
