According to the Bureau of Immigration and Overseas Employment, Islamabad, a police character certificate has now been made mandatory for UAE work visas. The UAE government has made a police character certificate mandatory for all Pakistani job visa applicants, and this policy has been implemented from July 20.
Those wishing to apply for a visa should obtain a good conduct certificate from the relevant authority in Pakistan and get it verified by the UAE embassy in Pakistan. All those wishing to go to the UAE have been asked to obtain this certificate before submitting their visa application to avoid any delay or complication.
