The Pakistan Cycling Federation (PCF) has announced that the 70th National Track Cycling Championship will be held at the Cycling Velodrome Lahore from 15 to 17 November 2025.
The championship will feature male and female cyclists in senior and junior events representing units affiliated to the Pakistan Cycling Federation. The event aims to promote competitive cycling, identify new talent and further strengthen Pakistan’s position in the sport.
Pakistan Cycling Federation President Syed Azhar Ali Shah said that all affiliated units have been advised to make necessary preparations and hold training camps ahead of the event. “The National Track Championship is an important part of our annual calendar, and we look forward to full participation from all provinces and departments,” he said.
The PCF will release the detailed schedule and technical guidelines for the event in due course. All participants need to ensure that their cycling license is valid until December 2025, and the federation has updated it before the championship. A NADRA smart card is mandatory for junior players. The best players will also be selected during the championship so that the national team can participate in the Asian Track Championship in 2026. The Pakistan Cycling Federation is committed to promoting cycling at the grassroots and national levels and providing opportunities for young players to showcase their talents at the national level.
