New prices of solar panels have emerged in different cities of Pakistan, where significant differences are being seen in the rates per watt.

According to the latest rates, the price of solar panels in Islamabad is 43 to 50 rupees per watt, in Rawalpindi it is 43 to 49 rupees per watt, while in Lahore and Quetta it is 43 to 48 rupees per watt.

Similarly, the price of solar panels in Faisalabad has been recorded at Rs 42 to 49 per watt, in Peshawar at Rs 43 to 49 per watt, while in Karachi at Rs 42 to 48 per watt.

According to experts, consumers should buy from their nearest wholesale markets and authorized dealers to get better prices. Buying and selling of solar panels is going on in other markets including Karachi Saddar, Lahore Hall Road and Rawalpindi College Road.

Market experts say that the prices of solar panels can change due to quality, brand, availability and market fluctuations, so it is important to find out the latest rates before purchasing.
