QUETTA: Balochistan government spokesperson Shahid Rind said that the security forces’ clearance operation against terrorists affiliated with Fitna-ul-Hindustan in Ziarat district has been completed, during which 15 terrorists were killed.
In his statement, Shahid Rind said that terrorists have had to pay a heavy price for playing with the peace and stability of Balochistan, and the state is responding to every incident of terrorism with full force. He said that the security forces, Balochistan Police, and other law enforcement agencies thwarted the nefarious intentions of the terrorists through joint action.
The Balochistan government spokesperson said that there is no haven for terrorists in the province, and indiscriminate actions will continue against elements challenging the state writ. He said that every terrorist attack will be given a full, immediate, and decisive response so that peace can be ensured in Balochistan at all costs.
Shahid Rind said that the scope of intelligence-based operations against terrorists is being made more effective, and law enforcement agencies are constantly active to eliminate terrorist networks. He made it clear that the war against terrorism will continue with full force, and the elements challenging the state writ will be brought to their logical conclusion.
While paying tribute to the police officers and personnel who were martyred during the terrorist attack in Ziarat, he said that their sacrifices will never go in vain and their blood will be taken to account. He said that there will be no compromise on the peace, stability, and protection of the lives and property of the people of Balochistan, and the complete elimination of terrorism is the top priority of the government.
