Peshawar High Court issues new seniority list of judges as Justice Ijaz Anwar stood on second position in the seniority list, while Justice Syed Arshad Ali is in third position, and Justice Sahibzada Asadullah is in fourth position.
Justice Muhammad Naeem Anwar is at the fifth position in the seniority list, Justice Waqar Ahmed is at the sixth position, and Justice Babar Sattar is at the seventh position. Similarly, Justice Kamran Hayat Miankhel is at the eighth position, Justice Muhammad Ijaz Khan is at the ninth position on seniority list and Justice Muhammad Fahim Wali is at the tenth position.
According to sources, the new seniority list has been released in light of the decision of the Administrative Committee dated May 1, 2026.
