Gold prices in the country decreased by Rs 3,100 per tola due to the impact of the global market. A significant decline was observed in both global and local gold markets today, resulting in the price of gold dropping by Rs 3,100 per tola.

According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of 24-carat gold per tola fell to Rs 471,762. Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold decreased by Rs 2,658, bringing the new price to Rs 404,459.

In the global market, the price of gold fell by $31 per ounce to $4,494 per ounce, and this decline was also reflected in the local market. Meanwhile, there was no change in the price of silver, which remained steady at Rs 8,034 per tola.
