The unabated wave of Terrorism continues in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, a lady doctor was shot dead in Kohat.
Lady Dr. Mehwish was returning home after finishing her duty when unknown armed men opened fire on her indiscriminately on the double road.
As a result of the shooting, she died on the spot, while the attackers fled.
Meanwhile, the Young Doctors Association has reacted strongly to the murder of Lady Dr. Mehwish and announced the closure of the hospital, as a result of which patients are facing difficulties.
Young Doctors Association President Dr. Obaid says that until the accused involved in the incident are arrested, the protest will continue and a complete strike will be called.
He has demanded from the government and law enforcement agencies to immediately arrest and punish the murderers.
On the other hand, according to the police, an investigation has been launched into the incident involving Lady Dr. Mehwish and evidence is being collected.
The search for the accused is ongoing in the light of CCTV footage and eyewitness statements.
