Barrister Gohar denied Sher Afzal Marwat’s claim that Aleema Khan sought the party chairmanship or expressed a desire to become the chairperson herself. Criticizing the approach of attacking personalities simultaneously across multiple channels, adding, Sometimes it’s best not to respond.

He expressed disappointment with Marwat’s remarks during a television talk show, stating, I had taken a promise from Sher Afzal Marwat that he would avoid controversial discussions.

He clarified that Aleema Khan has never sent him a message requesting his resignation from the chairmanship, nor has she ever indicated a desire to take on the role of party chairperson. Aleema Khan has never interfered in the matter of chairmanship, he asserted.

He mentioned that party elections were held on March 3, 2024, and documents were submitted to the Election Commission on April 10. In April 2024, we were waiting for the certificate; there is no justification for discussing this issue further, Barrister Gohar stated.

He concluded by urging everyone to refrain from engaging in further controversial discussions.
