NOWSHERA: Mian Naeem, a groom, was arrested for firing in the air in celebration of his wedding in Gundheri village of Risalpur.
According to Police, action was taken under the supervision of DSP Akhtar Naseer Khan in the light of clear and strict orders against aerial firing by Nowshera District Police Officer Ahmed Shah. Groom Naeem, son of Sarfaraz, was arrested along with weapons and shifted to custody, where he spent the first night of his wedding. Police have registered a case and started investigation.
