ISLAMABAD: 70-year-old Abid Hussain, a resident of Rawalpindi, died of cardiac arrest after facing legal complications in the ownership of his house.

The incident took place in front of the Supreme Court in Islamabad, where the case of 70-year-old Abid Hussain, a resident of Rawalpindi, was under hearing. Abid Hussain had filed a case related to his house, which was pending in the Supreme Court. The first hearing of this case was held on November 11, 2025 and its second hearing was scheduled for today (second date), but the hearing was postponed.

After the hearing, when Abid Hussain was returning from the court, he suffered a heart attack. He was immediately shifted to the hospital, but unfortunately, he died on the way. This incident highlighted that sometimes legal matters and complexities of cases can have a profound impact on the lives of citizens. After this accident, the Supreme Court also expressed regret over this case.

According to the details, the case of 70-year-old Abid Hussain in the Supreme Court was related to his Rawalpindi house.
