PESHAWAR: A tragic road accident in Mansehra on Sunday when a passenger vehicle lost control and tumbled into a deep ravine, resulting in the deaths of three people and leaving 15 others, including women and children, injured.

According to details, the tragic incident took place near Bhogarmang in the Siran Valley.

The local media reported that, the driver reportedly lost control while navigating a sharp turn, causing the vehicle to skid off the road and plunge into the gorge.

The deceased passengers were identified as Muhammad Nazir, Sufyan and Zia Jan.

Following the incidents, the rescue team arrived at the site and shifted the injured 15 passengers including three women and several children, to the District Headquarters Hospital in Mansehra. Hospital officials have confirmed that five of the injured are in critical condition.

Local authorities have launched an investigation into the cause of the accident, while the injured continue to receive medical care.
