As many as 14 flights cancelled when Aircraft engineers go on strike, causing delay period reaches 13 hours.
Flights departing from Karachi, Multan, Islamabad, Peshawar, Faisalabad and Lahore have been canceled.
According to media today is the fourth day of the strike of aircraft engineers, due to which a total of 39 flights have been canceled, including today’s 14 flights.
Officials said that along with the cancellation of flights, the delay period in the national airline’s flights has also now reached 13 hours.
According to the report, flights departing from Karachi, Multan, Islamabad, Peshawar, Faisalabad and Lahore have been canceled.
It should be noted that the aircraft engineers of the national airline are protesting over the lack of salary increases, while the president and secretary of the Society of Aircraft Engineers were dismissed from their jobs yesterday.
