KALAT: Pakistani security forces killed 12 terrorists linked to India during an intelligence-based operation in the Kalat District, which targeted members of the Balochistan Liberation Army (BLA), as confirmed by the military’s media wing on Sunday.
According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the operation was conducted in response to reports of terrorist activities by the BLA, also known as Fitna al Hindustan.
Security forces engaged the militants at their location, leading to the elimination of 12 terrorists after an intense exchange of gunfire.
According to ISPR, Weapons, ammunition, and explosives were recovered from the militants, who were reportedly involved in multiple terrorist acts in the area.
Sanitization operations are being conducted to eliminate any other Indian sponsored terrorists found in the area as a relentless Counter Terrorism campaign under the vision Azm e Istehkam (as approved by the Federal Apex Committee on National Action Plan) by the Security Forces and Law Enforcement Agencies of Pakistan will continue at full pace to wipe out the menace of foreign-sponsored and supported terrorism from the country.
